Dear Jodi Gliksman,
        The literature on your topic is voluminous, far too great to be
listed in a reply.  BU must have an excellent library.  You should search
there instead of asking busy scholars to do your bibliographical
work.  A specific request for information, indicating what you have
already read, would then be appropriate.
