It's great that the the CDP and HS/SH volumes are finally out in the
world!
 
On Jack Blocker's instruction, I have sent checks to both CDP and HS/SH
paying them for our special offer subscriptions.
 
As it happens, I've recently had a couple of additional requests from
latecomers.  Our contact at HS/SH tells me that she has only a handful
of extra copies available.  I'll make a similar contact to CDP later
today, and report back to the listserv about its availability, too.
