Here's a link to Morgan's NORML bio sketch page. Morgan has written a good deal about the concomitants of prohibition, including alcohol prohibition. I've also attached a link to his "Poisons and Prohibitions."

I do not know the work of John Morgan, and a quick search of a research
library catalog and of scholar.google did not seem to help.  Is there more
information available?
