Annual Membership Dues are:

US$15 for North American members
US$20 for members in other countries
US$25 for institutional members and libraries

We can now accept checks drawn on foreign banks in foreign
currencies. If you want to do this, write me for a quote at
<[log in to unmask]>. I call my bank and find out what the current "buy
rate" is for your currency.

One more thing -- if anyone else is still waiting for their copy of
the most recent issue (dated "1999") send me an email and we'll
figure out what happened in your case.
