My apologies for this second intrusion. One of my colleagues just
pointed out to me that the Call For Papers for the Norlands conference
indicated that the meeting would take place in June 1997. This despite
being proofread by me, a department chair, and a skilled Administrative
Assistant. Good grief. Anyway, in case people print the notice up and
post it (hint, hint), here is the corrected CFP.

It's time (actually a little after the normal time) for my
annual CALL for PAPERS for the Norlands conference, a wonderful
event at which scholars and local people mingle and exchange
information. As the notice indicates, people presenting papers
are housed and fed by the community. A unique experience, praised
by almost everyone who has participated. PLEASE SPREAD THIS NOTICE
TO COLLEAGUES WHO MAY BE INTERESTED.
