I'm attaching a CFP for "Bacchus to the Future," a conference on wine to
be held at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, in May 2002.  One
stream, on the culture of wine, will include papers or presentations on
the history of wine, and we're especially keen to have papers on such
themes as changing tastes, consumption patterns over time, etc.
