I am sending this message on behalf of a colleague who will be visiting
the Czech Republic this summer.  He is writing a paper on brewing and
breweries in Central Europe, 1500 to the present.  Can anyone recommend
social, cultural, or economic works that encompass this topic?  He would
also appreciate any information on brewery archives located in the
Czech Republic.
