Hi again
 
The museum maintained an extensive library/archives of mostly secondary
sources and some contemporary literature dealing with drink culture,
beverage alcohol industries, and, of course, temperance.  This material
*may* have gone to one of the local universities (Waterloo or Laurier) --
but we're not certain.
