1)      The 2007 Race, Gender, Class, Sexuality Symposium will take place
this Friday, February 23, in the Shriver Center Multipurpose Rooms (Oxford
Campus).  The theme is "(Im)migrations and Borders: Intersectional
Perspectives".  Registration for the symposium will begin at 8a.m. with
welcome remarks at 8:45am.  The keynote address by Inderpal Grewal
(University of California, Irvine) from 9-10am will be followed by
break-out sessions from 10am-noon and again from 1-5pm.  The symposium
will conclude with an integration/reflection discussion.  The symposium is
sponsored by the Women's Studies Research Center and the Black World
Studies Program, with support from the American Studies Program,
International Studies Program, the Latin American Studies Program, the
Center for American and World Cultures and the Women's Center.  For
