Glendale Community College is hiring two faculty positions for 2009 -
one in general chemistry and one in organic. GCC is part of the largest
community college district in the USA, serves about 20,000 students, and
is located in the Phoenix valley. The Chemistry department has eight
full time faculty, and we are seeking two more chemists for our teaching
team. We are strongly committed to our students, and several faculty in
the department do conduct research in chemical education, although that
is not required. GCC salaries are competitive with most universities.
