Vu,
That issue WAS only if you use 4.0.2.0 agent with 4.0.2/4.0.0 CAM/CAS.
If you use 4.0.2.0 agent with 4.0.2.2/4.0.0.1 patches on the CAM/CAS you
will be fine.
Also, if you use 4.0.2.0 with 4.0.3 CAM/CAS, you will be fine
Regards
Prem

BUT, doesn't 4.0.2.0 have a glitch where it allows NONE updated, NONE
SP2 and with no Anti-Virus installed on it to successfully login to CCA?
Basically, it's detecting that the system is not a Windows OS.

I want to add that 4.0.2.0 agent has been tested with IE7RC1 and it
works just fine.

Subject: IE7 RC1
IE7 RC1 works with CCA Agent 3.5.13, at least on my laptop it does. IE7
RC1 was installed first, then the Agent if that makes a difference? It
might, especially since Pluto has been demoted from planet status. :-)
That worked so well, I tried it the other way on a different machine,
CCA Agent was already installed, installed IE7 RC1, that worked too!
Both laptops are Windows XP Pro SP2, same patch levels. This is good to
know because I have NOT updated any component of CCA, only IE7 to RC1.
IE7 Beta 3 on back did not work.
I'm not going to mess with Vista, I'm still using the Windows 2000
classic interfaces with Windows XP! :-)
