We ran into bug CSCsj00939 (Non-URL Right frame content not displayed  
to end users in 4.1.1).  There is a work around, but it doesn't look  
quite as nice.  I've been told that this will be fixed in 4.1.2.   
Other than that, the upgrade went ok.
