Classes here begin on January 3, so we've no wiggle room for the

Well, Reading the upgrade procedure is fun.
It will make you SCP your existing DB off to a non-CCA server (This I
think is a great Idea) Then install from a CD (Wiping your existing
config) Then import your DB back from the non-CCA server.
So having TAC on the phone when I do this upgrade DOES sound like a good
idea.
