Most "corporate-type" email apps have this but you have to recall it
before anyone reads it or it just doesn't work. Most folks don't realize
that and feel safe when they screw up and send the wrong thing to the
wrong person and then recall it...

I have only been a user, never an Admin, of GroupWise and Outlook, but I
believe both have had the feature for a few years.
Of course, it does not work on a listserv.
