We  are running 4.0.3 with a Perfigo key.

Are you sure we have to upgrade to FlexLM licensing? Just curious because based on this page: 
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/vpn/ciscosec/cca/cca40/license.htm#wp438284 
the legacy key will work with the 4.0.x series(Found under Legacy Perfigo License Keys). 

Just checking. If we have to upgrade the license, that's not a problem either.
