Has anyone seen the UPGRADE.sh script hang immediately after displaying
the message "CCA Agent upgraded to version 4.1.2.0"?  I am running the
install from console on HA CAM pair 4.0.4 on NAC 3350 in my test
environment.  I had to switch to an alternate console (ALT+F2) to be
able to issue a shutdown command.  After rebooting, it seems to have
completed the upgrade, but this doesn't seem like how the upgrade should
go.
