Try 877-264-0122. That number worked for me earlier this week.

I called Perfigo's support to get some idea of which version to use
and
was referred to Cisco's support number - they didn't seem to know what
Perfigo was but after a few minutes were able to give me another
number
- Perfigo's. I called that number (again) and was told to go to
www.cisco.com where a search for Perfigo turns up a few docs about the
acquisition but no Tech Support info.
I think Ill just greet every student as they return and check their
systems myself...

It's a clean install of SmartManager 3.3.4 and SecureSmart 3.3.4. Its
not a problem with the secret and its not a communications problem
between them - the SmartManager event log just says "10.1.64.50 could
not be added to SmartManager (Database error)". I haven't called Tech
Support yet because now I'm not sure what version to go with. I just
spent the morning downloading the isos for 3.3.3 and now Im wondering
which way to jump.

Did you install 3.3.4 on the servers as well as the manager? If not,
the databases are incompatible- also, you can't restore from an old
snapshot for the same reason.

We just upgraded to 3.3.4 on Monday and it seems to be fine- 3.3.3 had
a problem with Radius Authentication. Didn't want to upgrade to the
Cisco version yet because the name changes will necessitate changing
all
of my documentation!

Recently our (previously problem-free) install of 3.1.9 went belly up
-
we hadn't been keeping up with upgrades because it worked. Perfigo
Tech
Support cant revive our old servers so we are faced with a clean
install
and I have until Feb 6th to get it done. Perfigo recommended 3.3.4 so
I
downloaded it. I have tried the install 4 times now and in every case,
I
can not add the SecureSmarts - "database error"... I saw a recent post
here stating that 3.3.4 was "buggy" so I figured Id download 3.3.3 and
start from there. I now notice that Cisco now has their own version
available for download - 3.4.0.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!
