It sounds as if your timer is going off and kicking everyone off. You'll
want to check the settings for it:
On the left menu under the Device Management Group choose Clean Access
and then choose Timer. Check to see if "Enable certified device list
clearing timer" is checked and see what the date and time for the timer
is set for. I don't recall what the timer's default settings are.
We have ours set to kick the users every seven days on Thursday at
4:30am. We decided on Thursday for a few reasons but the biggest one was
to be sure that the student machines get Windows Updates automatically
when they are released on Tuesdays. Of course, when they release them
off schedule, it can throw this off a bit, but that has only happened a
few times.
From your message, I bet your timer is set to clear once a day. Also,
check to see what your heartbeat timer is set for:
On the left menu under the Device Management Group choose CCA Server and
then press the Manage button for your CCA box. From there, choose the
Misc tab and then choose heartbeat timer. The heartbeat timer checks to
see if a user is still online every X minutes. We ended up disabling
this after some complains from users about being kicked off when their
laptops when into sleep more or hibernation overnight.
