Recently our (previously problem-free) install of 3.1.9 went belly up -
we hadn't been keeping up with upgrades because it worked. Perfigo Tech
Support cant revive our old servers so we are faced with a clean install
and I have until Feb 6th to get it done. Perfigo recommended 3.3.4 so I
downloaded it. I have tried the install 4 times now and in every case, I
can not add the SecureSmarts - "database error"... I saw a recent post
here stating that 3.3.4 was "buggy" so I figured Id download 3.3.3 and
start from there. I now notice that Cisco now has their own version
available for download - 3.4.0.
Anyone have any suggestions?
