We use a 48 hour heartbeat, (for when they take it home for a weekend
and bring back a virus), and only use session timers for quarantine
role, 20 minutes.

On our Residential network we are using a 3-hour heartbeat timer and no
session timers.  We are getting a lot of negative feedback from our
users.

What settings are others using?
