Read and duly noted - as mentioned, it has been a previously requested
feature. However, we haven't been able to get to it thus far.

As a side note, It isn't really anything they are failing therefore
should be handled outside the requirement interface. It should actually
be a replication of the network usage policy feature with the added
ability to give it a subject and message rather than a URL.
Anyone from Cisco reading this? We can submit it officially to the
feature requrest email if need be.

Subject: Re: Displaying users messages via the CCA Agent
I am unaware of an ability to post a message, this is a "feature" that
ha s been requested before and I would like to say this would be really
great.
As a "workaround", I created a check for a non-existant registry key and
created a rule/requirement for just that one check calling it the
message of the week.
The description contains a short message and the link points to our
Clean
Access status web page which has more details.
The problem is the users don't read! We have had so many calls saying
th ey keep getting put into temporary access mode when everything is up
to date .
My message states right off "You have successfully passed all
requirement s, please click NEXT to continue." I had one user email me
that he had searched everywhere for the "Message of the Week" software,
but couldn't find it!!
The problem is the window appears as the normal requirement failure and
t hat the stated software must be installed.
It would be great if there would be a Message Only window which could be
triggered as a requirement, rather than having to fail a check.
Maybe this should be posted to the Features requests at Cisco.
