We decided to point the "Go to link" buttons on the Temporary Access
pages to relevant sections of our HelpDesk website. For example, users
failing an AV check follow the link to a page explaining AV, where to
get it, configuration instructions and common problems.

This helped in getting information out.

Subject: redirect after client login

Good Day,

Has anyone devised a way to redirect users to a web page after logging
on
through the Agent without shunting them into the Temporary role?

We are not looking to restrict access, but just to disseminate
information.
The user would log on and either be redirected to our web page, or be
forced
to click on a link to our page, after which they would have full access.

Thanks,

Bill Doyle
