20% is a scary figure.  I would like to add that while the IE7 beta 
problems don't really worry me - the XP version support issue is alarming. 
 I would urge Cisco to address this as soon as possible.

Agreed.

Very strong agreement!  Among our early arrivals, about 20% are Media 
PC's and therefore are skipping all the rules.

These Media Center PC's were "fine" last year and "not fine" this 
year -- that's a hard story to sell!
