Although the new 4.1.7 agent does detect the new Norton IS, the CAM/CAS
(4.1.3.1) doesn't state that v. 16.x is supported (same w/ McAfee 13.x). 
Has anyone received confirmation from TAC that the new McAfee and Norton
products are fully supported by installing the 4.1.7 agent alone?

It just doesn't seem to be the case
