Just thought i would post a little info for any older version users 
looking to install a new CAS, so they don't run into this issue.

Seems the old key and the new flexlm don't work together.  Had a cam/cas 
oob old keycode.  Installed a second cas real-ip with flexlm license 
file.  Ended up with 1 cas.  Had to reinstall the cam key to get it back 
online and call support to get them to remake me a flexlm key with 
1cam/2cas.  Hopefully it gets here soon.
