Open Run from the Start menu, then type in these things, in the
following order:

Regsvr32 Softpub.dll

Regsvr32 Mssip32.dll

Regsvr32 Initpki.dll (this one could take 30-60 seconds to complete.
Wait for the pop-up to state it successfully completed before
continuing)

We had a few of these errors last year, if I remember correctly,
re-installing ie6 was the answer.

Anyone else feel free to jump in here if I am mistaken.
