I keep trying to get in to the web interface, but so far no luck.  I'm on hold with TAC right now- I'll let you know what I find out.

Strange, the same thing occured to me today. After getting this message I 
eventually got in through the web interface, but learned that the server 
was not communicating with the manager. Attempts to access the event log 
crashed the web interface.
