Thanks for all your help everyone, we got it working. We were having an issue with our LDAP Admin account.
But now I'm having a problem adding the CCA server to the CCA manager. I'm getting this error: JMX connection initialization has failed!
Any ideas? Thanks again for all the informative responses to my other problem.

What worked for me was to corral the LDAP admin for an hour and he was able
to answer all my questions and correct my errors very quickly....
