I have a computer (Alienware) that is getting a error 438 when trying  
to start Clean Access Agent 4.0.0.1 or 4.0.1.0  Has anybody  
experienced this before?  Google wasn't particularly helpful.  I  
found this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/200271/ but the part that  
is supposed to refer to 438 is missing.  I am currently reinstalling  
the computer from scratch to determine if there was a problem during  
installation.
