I am trying to setup CCA in OOB vgw mode in our network.  The instructions
from cisco are far from accurate it would seem.

Basically the switch is modifiable from CCA but i never see the discovered
client in the lookup.  It definitely tries to use the CCA agent on load and
i can type in the weblogin page(sometimes it redirects) and it tries.  But
in both occurances it gives OOB error:connected device 00:e0:b1:1c:1f:f1 not
found.

Also if the switch is already in the access vlan it never bounces it to the
auth vlan for unauthenticated clients.
