I have one Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit computer, belonging to a 
student, that refuses to successfully install the latest 4.7.2.10 Agent. 
The installer proceeds normally until it gets to "Starting Service", and 
then it aborts with the message attached. Has anyone seen this before?
