All of those are prefixed with "pc_", except a couple that I created?
I just upgraded from 3.5.10 to 4.0.4 that may be an issue?

I'm sorry, wrong terminology. You should have a check (not rule) called av_inst_SymantecAntiVirus_10_x_win_XP_2K. On the CAM, can you go to Clean Access-> Clean Access Agent ->Rules -> Check List, find the av_inst_SymantecAntiVirus_10_x_win_XP_2k check and click view. Can you take a screenshot of that?
