My apologies for the zombie thread, but a student asked that we get support for this AV.

Does anyone have an identifying registry key for Microsoft Security Essentials for those of us still is 4.1.X land?

That is good to hear, it shouldn't have taken them much considering it's a consumer version of Forefront and uses the same definition files. It's also a fantastic and simple AV, IMO.

I haven't seen anything about Clean Access support for this. Given that it's free, I expect it will be popular with students. Has Cisco said anything about it?
