I usually add the version number in there. I think you can overwrite if you needed to force it to upgrade, but I've never tried.

If you install just AgentUpgrade it will keep the full installer for the previous version on the server. So a new user who doesn't have the agent will need to install the full version first, then download the update. If you install both of them to the same version new users will go straight to 4.1.7 and current users will be upgraded to the newest one as well.
