I'm already auditing two registry keys, I'd like to see the sample sql,
perhaps a zip file posted to the list?

In 4.1 you can create an Audit rule that will silently capture the
information. From there, you can grab the info from the reports table.
I can send you some sample SQL if you would like. You will probably
need to crank your reports retention up beyond the default 50,000 if you
want any kind of historical reporting.
