My patch and setup versions are both 4.0.2.0 and i am on 4.0.3 of the
CAS/CAM. I am still seeing null or * for OS. anyone have a fix?
Also, 4.0.3 breaks out Windows XP to Pro/Home, Media Center Edition and
Tablet. IF you are running 4.0.3 and someone has 4.0.1.0 of the agent
they will pass the Windows Update requirement because there is no rule
for Windows XP itself. I created a rule requiring 4.0.2.0 and now all
my online users are good, except for the null OS ones. Sorry if this is
a little unclear, but im trying to get this out there for people in the
middle of tweaking my rules and helping students.
