I attempted an upgrade of my TEST system running 4.0.3.2/CAM and 
4.0.3.1/CAS without HA. The release notes indicated Web upgrade as 
recommended but when I attempted the update, both the CAM and CAS report 
"Upgrade from 4.0.3.1 to 4.0.4 must be console upgrade". I didn't see that 
in the release notes anywhere. Did I miss it?

Anyway, I'll try a console upgrade in the next day or two.
