I went last year to see the Producers (does anyone remember them?) who were
playing on a side stage.  They weren't as good as they werein the 80s!  But,
back to the question-- The whole festival is spread out at the  oceanfront on
different streets. which is cool.   The main acts last year were groups like
KC and the Sunshine Band, the Beach Boys have played in the past .  You had to
pay to see the main acts, but the side shows were free.  Thats about all I
know, Ill send more info as I get it.  Jarratt or Jeff, do you know anything
