Hey all--
 
Figured I'd delurk to let y'all know that not only am I a relative
young'un on this list (I'm 19), but I'm also in college.  I think the
reason why there aren't as many people my age (or younger) on the list is
that the Connells have a very, sort of mature sound, and they haven't
gotten much, if any, airplay on "alternative" radio stations.
Unfortunately, many people my age or younger rely on radio and MTV to
make musical choices....I must admit that I got into the Connells because
of the video for "Slackjawed", but I think the lack of radio and MTV
airplay is a sincere sign of why the 'Nells aren't big with the younger
crowd as much anymore.  Just my two cents...feel free to disagree.
