I think everyone is getting a little ahead of themselves with this tribute
record. We're diving into a pool which may or may not contain water. Before
we start coming up with titles, volunteering to do songs, and all of the
other things for a project which may not take off, let's let Dede talk out
some stuff with Ed Morgan.

First of all, we're talking about a construction project (of sorts), and like
any other construction project, we need to build a solid foundation, and we
need to build it slowly and carefully. Would you build a structure on
uneven, soft ground? NO! Let's pour some concrete, get a solid base going,
and then build the house upon that solid footing.

Do the Connells say "Hey, let's make a record RIGHT NOW!," run to the nearest
recording studio, and just start playing? No, they painstakingly work
through a series of things like writing new songs, making sure the songs are
perfected, and then, once their foundation is solid, they build upon that.
As a musician, I applaud what everyone is doing here, but you all need to
really think this thing through and get organized. The end product will be
worth the extra work.
