Went to the Trax show last night. The crowd was a much more Connells
resemblant crowd than at the Boathouse on Saturday. It was great
there were no seven year old burn outs to contend with. They played a
good mix of old and new, basically the usual. One thing that I have
noticed from the past two shows that I have been to is that the bass
seems to be turned up a little bit too much, but they still sound great.
Doug put on the headlight glasses again during 74-75 and got up on top
of a speaker in the corner of the stage where all you could see was the
two lights going up and down with his dance moves. Side note, a great
band opened up called the Pat McGhee band, they sounded a lot like
Freddy Jones Band.
