  Sorry to take so long to get back to you.  Ever since going to
Atlanta for week-long conference at the end of March, I've been
trying to get caught up again.  It's been a rough month, but I
think I'm finally back to a normal workload.

  Would you be interested in going to the UVa show next Tuesday (May 4)?
I'm almost definitely going, but to make it for the 8 pm start, I'll
probably leave around 3:30 or 4.  If you wanted to go, I could pick you up
on the way down.  I haven't decided whether I'll stay down there or
what--it depends on what I need to do around here next Wednesday.  I have
an ex-roommate from Virginia Tech who is a grad student at UVa, and he's
offered to let me stay with him.  But if you were to go, I might just
drive back after the show.  Think you'd be up for a trip to
Charlottesville?

  Otherwise, how's the calculus class going?  Any better?  Still planning
to take the summer off and relax a little?
