I drove up to San Francisco this weekend to unwind and while I poked around
various record stores here is what I found.
 
Borders in Dublin (Hacienda Exit on 550) had no copies in stock, but had
three copies on special order.
 
Reckless Records of London (Haight Street) didn't have it but I did snag an
advance promo copy of the new Cake album "Fashion Nugget".  It is incredibly
cool.  I can almost forgive John McCrea for being such a jackass to the
audience last time I saw them live.
 
Recycled Records (also in Haight) nothing.
 
Tower Records (Bay near North Point) lots of copies.
 
Blockbuster Music (Also on Bay, down by Barnes & Noble) lots of copies and on
sale for $12.99.  I bought one here even though I have the promo just so it
would show up on Soundscan.  Now I no longer feel dirty.
 
Just a note, I like the eco-pak.
