Hey Connells Fans,
 
I was encouraged to see WFAD at a Target store in Cary, NC.  Just FYI.
 
Also, there was a lot of damage around Raleigh from hurricane Fran.  I know
that George Huntley is still without power, haven't heard about the other band
members yet.  Everyone here has their own story about surviving that scary
night of the storm.
 
However, the bright side of this disaster is that it has brought the
communities together toward a common goal.  I always am curious to see what
good will result from events like this.  I was so sore from running the chain
saw on Saturday that I could not sleep comfortably that night.
 
I hope that before I complain about material things in my life that I'll first
focus on what is really important and WHO is really in charge of things!
