Dont know if anyone on this list is heading to the 9:30 club tonite,
to catch FOUNTAINS OF WAYNE, but I have a free extra ticket if
anyone wants it.  Rolling Stone called it one of the most brilliant
pop albums of the past decade.  Not saying they sound like the
Connells, but it's guitar-driven pop, catchy 3 minute sing-alongs,
and a pretty good live band... I dont think anyone that is a Connells
fan would be disappointed-
 
give them a try, hey- it's free!  Nova Scotia band SLOAN are opening.
 
I'll have the WEIRD FOOD, and RING posters in my car just in case
any of the people on this list do show up.  (look for someone tall with
glasses, black denim jacket with a laminate... shouldnt be that hard to
find!)
