See, my yard would be PERFECT!!!!  Around...oh, I don't know,
May?...when the weather is nice and hasn't gotten hot yet.  And four
blocks from my house, there are 4 bar/restaurants and a coffee house!
It'd be a blast!  Now, the Connells will probably pull down a pretty
good chunk o' change (friends or no friends--ya gotta eat!)....shall we
charge admission?
