direct from my sources back home in the Old North State...
 
BANDWAGON...the much acclaimed independent NC film about a rock band
(starring Doug MacMillan among others)...is finally going to make it out of
the film festival world.  it is set for release on August 15 in Raleigh,
Chapel Hill, Charlotte, NY, and LA.  other cities will get it in the
following weeks.
 
I've been told the film is really good and certainly should have won the NC
film festival a year or two ago.
 
so keep an eye out for it.
