It is a German import, being sold by someone in NYC, NY.

Perhaps one of the esteemed collector folk on the list can tell us whether
any of the European cd-singles suffer from  "creative song titling," as that
information would be a worthwhile (and possibly amusing) addition to my
discography site.  None of the half-dozen or so copies of the cd in question
that have passed through my hands have titled that track as anything other
than "Fun & Games", btw.  :)
