The Personnel and HRM/HRD Office on my campus (Auburn University)
has asked me to help them propose and develop a series of seminars
and workshops specifically targeted to Deans, Directors
and Department Heads [primarily academic administrators].
This effort has the encouragement and backing of our President to
make a success of the activity.
 
My questions:  Have any of you done such programs ?  Could you
share the TOPICS and CONTENT AREAS you worked with ?
And, lastly, what pitfalls did you encounter during the process ?
 
Please respond directly to me rather than to the ListServ.  However,
whatever information is compiled I'll be delighted to summarize and
forward (via email) to those who contribute or anyone who expresses
an interest.
