I don't have any model to suggest, but I would be interested in
knowing how your plans develop. Perhaps this is something all our
Centers could emulate in strengthening ties with our business schools
and "friends".

One thing we have considered -- and to be tied to a home football
game [BIG in the South!] -- is to schedule concurrent sessions
focused on specific academic areas. Like: accounting, finance,
marketing, economic forecasting, general management, and HRM, for
example. These sessions would be led by selected faculty members.
(showboating our talent) with the idea of re-connecting with business
school graduates, but also open to all comers.

I could see having a named speaker as a "draw" with special interest
sessions either before or after.

Just an idea.
